Der Parameteranalysator von Keithley kann mit bis zu neun Source Measurement Units (SMU) ausgestattet werden (Modul 1 bis 9). Ein Multifrequenz-Kapazitätsmodul (CVU) kann für Modul 5 gewählt werden. Für I-V Anwendungen stehen vier ultraschnelle Puls Measure Units (PMU) zu Verfügung (Modul 6 bis 9). Mit bis zu vier Hochspannungs-Impulsgenerator-Einheiten (PGU) kann ein Arbiträrer Wellenformgenerator genutzt werden (Modul 6 bis 9).
